Der Fokus dieser Ausstellung richtet sich ganz gezielt auf das Genre der Malerei. LINDA PARTAJ zeigt das Bild des Menschen im komplexen Wechselspiel zwischen der realen Existenz des Körpers und der subjektiven Emotionalität des inneren Seelenraums. ALFRED ROTTENSTEINER entführt mit seinen farbintensiven Bilderzählungen in eine rätselhaft belebte Welt aus heiterer Utopie bis an die Ränder der dystopischen Abkippung. Ausgangspunkte der formal reduzierten Abstraktionen von KURT SCHÖNTHALER sind die Leidenschaft zum malerischen Handwerk und das Vertrauen auf die evokative Kraft der Farbmaterie. Individuelles Empfinden in der Konfrontation mit den Dingen der Welt bildet das Tragewerk dieser Arbeiten.

The focus of this exhibition is specifically on the genre of painting. LINDA PARTAJ displays the image of humanity in the complex interplay between the real existence of the body and the subjective emotionality of the inner soul space. ALFRED ROTTENSTEINER’s color-intensive pictorial narratives transport us to a mysteriously animated world ranging from serene utopia to the edges of dystopian tipping. The starting points for KURT SCHÖNTHALER’s formally reduced abstractions are a passion for the art of painting and a trust in the evocative power of color material. Individual perception in confrontation with the things of the world forms the framework of these works.
